Additionally, he is also responsible for the operations of Genpact Americas, which includes Guatemala and Mexico. |

| Thukral is a Senior Vice President and head of Financial Services at Genpact. With over a decade of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services domain, Thukral has been instrumental in setting up the vertical that manages over 15 global partners in US, UK, and Australia. He has successfully established systematic operations out of India and Philippines, delivering high-quality business processing services. Mohit has played a key role in executing the global outsourcing strategy of our partners and benchmarking processes to drive stable operations, best-in-class attrition and high reference ability from our customers. His career with Genpact spans over 10 years including his serving in roles of Operations, Business Development, Global Six Sigma, and Process Excellence & Delivery. Thukral is a Masters in Economics and is based out of Gurgaon, India. |
| Taylor Woods President and CEO, Genpact Mortgage Services |
Woods, was co-founder of MoneyLine Lending Services (MoneyLine), and headed operations as the Chief Operating Officer. Woods was also responsible for managing the development and implementation of the company’s proprietary Loan Origination System - Loan Officer Live. Established in 1996, MoneyLine became the leading provider of end-to-end outsourced mortgage services, offering a proven mortgage solution with personalized service on a private-label basis. MoneyLine was acquired by Genpact in August 2006, and Woods took over as President shortly thereafter. Post the merger of the two entities, Woods led the integration effort resulting in the most robust mortgage delivery solution, at the lowest-market cost. This combination, together with highly customizable process tools gave the business a broader reach and greater service capabilities. GMS now provides the ultimate outsourced mortgage solution, utilizing the best of onshore, global delivery, scale and global resources to address the outsourcing needs of large mortgage producers worldwide for their human capital and technological requirements. |
| Matt Woods Vice President, Genpact Mortgage Services |
| Woods’ tenure in the mortgage industry began in 1996 as a Loan Officer for MoneyLine Lending Services. Woods has served on numerous operational capacities in MoneyLine, and was responsible for managing relationships of nearly 30 clients, as well as the origination, processing, underwriting, post close, and secondary marketing operations that were performed on behalf of those clients. In this capacity, Woods effectively integrated MoneyLine’s service offering in to their designated roles within each client’s organizational structure, and has been responsible for training thousands of retail bankers in the art of mortgage origination. Currently Woods is responsible for Business Development, Transitions and the Quality Control components of the business. Matt is a member of the Genpact Compliance Committee and is LEAN certified. |

| Fish joined Genpact as part of the MoneyLine Lending Services team (MoneyLine) and has been with the company for seven years. Fish is responsible for the management of a number of regional client relationships, as well as the origination, processing, underwriting, post close, and secondary marketing operations that are performed on behalf of these clients. In his current role, Fish is also responsible for transition of new business and processes. Fish is a member of the Genpact Compliance Committee, is LEAN certified and Green Belt Trained. Prior to joining MoneyLine, Fish worked in the Baltimore Orioles minor league baseball organization and graduated from California State University, Long Beach. |

| Mealey joined MoneyLine Lending Services (MoneyLine) in 1999 where he technically designed and implemented the company’s proprietary loan origination and workflow management system, Loan Officer Live (LOL). Mealey moved to his current role in Genpact after the acquisition of MoneyLine in 2006, heading the software development group for GMS. Since the merger, the software team has expanded the capabilities of Loan Officer Live significantly and demonstrated that it is geared to provide one of the strongest technology solutions in the industry today. Leveraging powerful web based solutions and allowing highly customized options, LOL provides the complete package to lending needs. Mealey holds a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. While at University, Mealey co-founded Cigano Technologies LLC, a software company that specialized in custom software development for a range of businesses. |

Renae joined Genpact in 2007 and has partnered with business and functional leadership to lead the development and implementation of all HR plans, initiatives and procedures for the Mortgage Services division to achieve Employer of Choice and alignment with Genpact global standards. Renae is Six Sigma and Lean trained and leads Genpact’s Global Internship Program for the 2007-2008 recruitment year. Renae has over 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience with certifications specializing in California employment law. Prior to joining Genpact Renae spent the last 7 years of her career focusing on leading HR for a number of Mortgage companies including the development and design of the entire HR function for a start-up company. |
| Maria McFarland Shipping Manager, Genpact Mortgage Services |
| McFarland manages the day-to-day operations of Genpact Mortgage Services’ Secondary Operations Shipping / Post Close Department, which includes delivery of funded loans to investors for purchase, trailing documents, imaging of loan documents, and vault / records management. She brings over 25 years in supervisory and management experience to Genpact in various financial services fields, with the last 5 years dedicated to mortgage operations. McFarland earned her Bachelor of Science degree at California State University, Fullerton. |

| Hanson is responsible for growth in the financial services vertical with a specific focus on the banking and capital markets sectors. Given his extensive background in private equity, Hanson plays a key role in developing the Business Development strategy for private equity firms. Hanson has over 20 years of experience in various fields within financial services, including: business process outsourcing, market development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate & investor relations, and exchange relations. Prior to Genpact , Hanson worked for TPI – Technology Partners, Inc., where he co-founded TPI’s Global Financial Services practice focused on providing transaction advisory services for Business Processing Outsourcing and Offshoring by Banks, Asset Managers, Insurers and Capital Market Firms. Hanson has an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business and a B.S. degree in Banking & Money Management from Adelphi University. |

| Poe joined Genpact in 2004 and has fifteen years of leadership experience in operations, sales, business development, and developing and managing global outsourcing relationships in the Financial Services sector. He is responsible for business development and relationship management for new financial services partnerships delivered globally. Prior to joining Genpact, Poe spent seven years with Perot Systems corporation where he held numerous leadership roles in technology, operations, and business development in support of Business Process and Information Technology outsourcing partnerships. Poe began his career as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer spending six years on active duty. |

| Viral Chhaya is a Senior Genpact Leader experienced across the entire spectrum of BPO, including Client Management, Operations / Service Delivery; Transitions, 6 Sigma, Acquisitions Integration, Process Re-Engineering & BCP-DRP. In his 9 years with Genpact, he has perfected the blend of extensive Operational Experience with strong Process Excellence credentials. He has just been rewarded Genpact’s highest recognition, the ‘Platinum Award’ for 2008, & is a past recipient of the prestigious ‘Management Award’ by both GE Money & GE Capital Solutions. Currently he is the Mortgage Services & Order To Cash Operations Leader for Genpact Americas’ India-based operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading Service Delivery, Client Satisfaction, Operational Excellence, and People Metrics across multiple client operations in these domains. Simultaneously, he also the Global Operating Leader leading the Operational Relationship two of Genpact's most significant Global Clients: One being a Global Bank & Brokerage with Engagements across 7 locations & 6 Product lines (Mortgage, F&A, Procurement, Analytics, Re-Engineering & Software), the other being one of the World’s most recognized brands, an Internet Services Company with Order To Cash Engagements with Genpact in 3 countries. Prior to this role, Viral was Genpact’s Vice President for Re-Engineering, Transitions & Solutions in the USA, delivering Business Impact to many of its Global Fortune 100 Customers through Process Improvements using the Power of Six Sigma & Lean. Viral has been the Global Six Sigma Quality Master Black Belt at its Danbury, CT Global HQ for GE Capital Solutions; GE’s largest Financing Business, responsible for Lean Six Sigma in Risk Functions across the Globe, reporting to the Global Quality Leader and the Global Chief Risk Officer, delivering High Impact C-Level Projects and mentoring Six Sigma Projects Globally. Earlier, he led Service Delivery for GE Money’s largest portfolio at Genpact India, where he delivered Excellence in Operations, with fantastic VOC & Employee Satisfaction scores while providing Incisive Thought Leadership that has generated many enduring Best Practices. He was also Genpact’s Europe Transition Lead, leading Process Transitions from 18 GE Capital Businesses across 7 European Countries to Genpact’s European Operations Center in Hungary. | Ed Sweeney Vice President, Compliance, Genpact Mortgage Services |
| Ed Sweeney is the Compliance Manager for Genpact Mortgage Services with over 20 years of experience in compliance. As Compliance Manager he is responsible for supervising, auditing and regulating Genpact’s compliance duties with federal, state and industry standards, regulations and procedures. Sweeney has held various management positions prior to joining the banking industry. From 1985 to 1989 he worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank Board (Office of Thrift Supervision) during which time he contributed to the initial D.C. task force that spearheaded development of the Regulatory Compliance Examination Handbook. From 1989 until 2003, Sweeney held compliance management positions at many banks including Southern Pacific Bank, People's Bank of California/California National Bank, Citizen Thrift and Loan/FIRSTPLUS Bank, Comstock Bank and Union Federal Bank, and Citigroup. During these years he effectively developed and implemented a compliance program, enabling several institutions to overcome compliance issues and achieve positive ratings on compliance exams. With Citigroup he was a Lead Auditor with the Audit Risk Review Department. He was the Compliance Special Matters Expert for the California office and was a member of the Corporate Compliance Network.
